We had a basic and somewhat seedy experience at Maison Du Cassoulet, but the restaurant made up for it. the staff were pleasant and helpful, and the food was delicious. If you arrive early, you can get the keys from the hotel opposite. our meals at the restaurant were tasty and the staff were friendly, making our experience enjoyable. Cons: Nothing to complain about at all. 👍.

A continental breakfast was prepared every morning, giving me a chance to sample the delights of lukewarm croissants and stale cereal. The hotel is conveniently located near the motorway, providing a constant soundtrack of roaring engines.
Who needs air conditioning when you can sweat profusely in a hot room with only a tiny fan to offer some relief?

During my recent stay at Maison Du Cassoulet, I was impressed with the convenient location and reasonable price. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating. Although the building itself is old, it added charm to the overall experience.
There were a few drawbacks, such as the lack of in-room Wi-Fi and the absence of tea/coffee making facilities. Additionally, the lack of air conditioning during a heat wave was a bit uncomfortable.

We had a great Easter stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful, making our experience enjoyable. The room was good value and we particularly loved the delicious Cassoulet served at dinner. the breakfast provided was satisfying. The central location of the hotel was also a highlight, allowing us to explore the charming town and enjoy the nearby Canal du Midi.
One aspect that could be improved is the check-in time. We arrived at 4pm, hoping to freshen up and have a walk before dinner, only to find out that check-in was at 6pm.

I had a great time exploring the charming town of Castelnaudary during my stay at Maison Du Cassoulet. The hotel's location on the main street near the port and canal made it convenient for me to take in the beautiful surroundings. The half-board option I booked was a great value, and I enjoyed delicious meals at the hotel's restaurant. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep, and it was a bonus that parking was available for free in the street outside. I would recommend this hotel for its great location, good food, and comfortable accommodations.
